Ellis B. House: Feminist Art

Most strides in the Feminist Art movement were made in the 1960s, but many artists today continue in the traditions of their predecessors. By championing these women, Ellis B. House continues to erode toxic mainstream, patriarchal narratives.

Our Montreal art events call attention to the overlooked and unjust aspects of society. Our mission is to champion women across the intersectional plane: inclusive of race, religion, and sexuality.

Ellis B. House is devoted to placing Feminist Art and Ideas in everyone’s consciousness. Every day, women are contributing to the story of feminist art—a narrative that is still being written.
